Enables Bluetooth Low Energy Scanning
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices are all around you. They broadcast advertising packets informing anyone listening that they are present. From Indoor Positioning to broadcasting URLs as with the Physical Web, there are many interesting use cases that BLE devices make possible. Web Bluetooth Scanning will enable a site to listen for BLE advertising packets so that developers can build applications that take advantage of the BLE infrastructure.
