Proposal to deprecate and remove the initialPermissionStatus property from the Capability Element. This property was originally introduced to address a specific corner case of the former <permission> element, and has introduced logical flaws where the status can be miscomputed, potentially leading to incorrect usage on the site.
Given the removal of its usage and the transition from the permission element to the Capability Element, we would like to remove this property as it only addresses a specific corner case of permission element.
